Changes.

Hi blog world!!!

I’ve followed you, even though I stopped blogging.

I gave myself too much pressure to blog 3x a day with such a crazy schedule. I stopped and I shouldn’t I hadn’t. Once a day is better than not at all, I should of thought.

I’ve made changes in my life since 2009:
1. I now eat: turkey, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese, butter, and sometimes even ice cream!
2. I graduated from my community college May 19th 2011, with my associates in Elementary Education k-4th.
3. I’ve decided not to continue with that degree.
4. Instead, I’m going back to that same community college as a BIO major; I start tomorrow but I’ll only be taking 2 classes at a time. What’s my goal? I want to become a registered dietitian. Once I finish all the science classes, I’ll be changing my major once more, to Health & Physical Education, to pick up several other courses. Then, I’ll transfer to a 4 year college to finish my degree. I’m extremely excited to finally be doing something I have a passionate about!

However, I wont blog everyday, or weekly, unless I know I can blog the way I want to.

Just stay tuned, you’ll see me again soon!

Time to stop

I’ve been really busy with school and I’ve decided until i have more time to do this I have to quit it for right now. Although I love getting on here and posting I just don’t have the time right now :(. But I will be back!!! :)

retreat

Arrived at the retreat on time & I didn’t get lost :) !So far it’s been really good not a dull moment at all. I’m surprised really. Here’s some pictures of the room we have. It’s super cute and much much much better than the bunk beds we had last year with 8 other girls. Just me and Karen sharing this room (my co-worker).

By the time it was dinner i was starving! Dinner was at 6:30pm and we had about 45 minutes to eat.  it was buffet style I had broccoli and cheese ravioli, veggies and small salad a dinner roll and caned pears :)

Dessert was a whole other ball game!!! This had to be one of the best desserts I’ve ever had!
I had half of a slice and this cheese cake that had an apple on it which tasted amazing. THEN the best one i had was a half of a slice of cranberry pumpkin cheese cake… IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I should have taken a whole slice instead ;)

After dinner we had another class and then we headed out to the bon fire. It’s super cold out tonight I stayed outside for hmm about 45 minutes. I had 1 smore and 2 roasted marshmallows & now I’m here typing. It’s 11:30 almost and tomorrow we have to be up at 5:45am to meet at 6am to go for a run. YUP A RUN AT 6AM!!! yikes!! haha

So as i said I’m having a pretty good time. I’m glad I came now only will this help me at work but it will help me at home to. That’s what I look forward to the most. Bringing more love and happiness home to help my relationships outside of work and improve the relationship between Nick and I.

Back on track!

So last week I was super busy with school project after school project and I so badly wanted to post but because I didn’t get a chance to post each day I ending up saying it will just take too long for me to put everything up here so I didn’t post at all. But starting today… I’m getting back on track I still have a lot of projects but I gotta go away for a retreat for work today so at night I’m hoping I can use my lap top to look up stuff on the internet. I’m not looking forward to this retreat last year we were in the middle of no where which was cool because the nature around us was beautiful and i really enjoyed my self. This time were just like at a hotel…. lame!!!! So i packed this morning and after headed to class, class is almost over then I have to stop home to say good-bye to all the pets and grab everything. I have to be at the hotel by 2:30pm classes start a 3pm sharp.

 

Breakfast we quick and one of my favs! Flax seed waffles with organic peanut butter and organic preserve with kiwi =]

At 11:30 I went into the cafe and thought i’d make a small salad and ask for tuna on top. Well thank god i bought onion rings because my salad was gross… who knew salads could be gross. YUK YUK YUK I should of saved that $5 for something better… like starbucks :( haha

IMG_3515I’m going to try my best to post! I hope theirs an internet connection at the hotel so I can post at night when we’re done our classes… dump stupid work retreat that I’m not even paid for. I won’t get started on that!

Today's breakfast- Panera bread sandwich with egg & cheese & starbucks pumpkin spice latte with soymilk

I’ve been so busy with work studying looking over research I haven’t been able to post! My back is all better :) !!!!!!!! How about them PHILLIES!!! What a game last night it should have been a shut out!! 6-1. Not walking Bates today so more studying and maybe I’ll be able to write some of my outline for my speech next week…. maybe. Halloween is just a few days away and I’m still not exactly sure what we’re doing. We made plans to go to a party… but if no one goes we’re not going either!

ObviosLEEE we don’t have to CHASE the pennant any MOYER but we still have to figure out HOWARD going to bring another one home. We have to keep ROLLINS up the STAIRS because it’s WERTH yelling with our hands in the EYRE and hanging off the LIDGE because it will all end in a VICTORINO in 2009

Student Life.. so busy

This morning I woke up at 6:45am because I needed some work done on my car. After I went and got things for my Halloween custom :) 50′s house wife.

Breakfast:Oatmeal with kiwi, strawberries, Udi's granola and Oikos strawberry yogurt.

I also snacked on Carrots while driving.

Lunch: You pick two from Panera Bread. Tomato& mozzarella sandwich with black bean soup & an apple. I just ate the apple as a snack (4:35pm)

I also ate more carrots with the apple. I have a lot of school work, study for 2 test that are on Friday and a speech outline for Thursday & no time to do any of it :(.

Plus my back is still not perfect much better but still a little painful.
